WOYWW

 These weeks are flying by!

I'm afraid I haven't managed any crafty activity this week but I have been busy working for Tilly and baking cakes for a certain boy's 11th birthday.

Don't look at the icing- it's a bit haphazard but he loved it as Man City is his favourite team

So my Tilly jobs ...

I mounted some of her little needle felted pictures in little card mounts.

Then I dyed some wool fibres for her to use in her work ..

Natural at the top is transformed into various shades of green below

And finally.. .some workshop packs for her Robin workshop next month.

So that's how busy I've been recently.

NB the curious photo from last week's post was an interesting item in the Railway Exhibition room.

It was used to test rail workers for colour blindness.

Well done to all who knew and to those who managed to read the labels🤣

Have a good week all

x x Jo 🌈

That’s an awesome cake, bet Ben loved it! Can’t believe he’s 11, where has that time gone?! You can see the robin in those swatch packs you’ve put together, that’ll be a fun workshop 🥰

Well I have just booked the flower vase workshop in January Jo, and will be doing the winter Robin in December. Really looking forward to them and the beginning of October too. I can't believe that Ben is 11 already. Love the cake! I don't know where the time has gone since I posted on Wednesday. Happy belated WOYWW. Sarah
