WOYWW

 Good morning all

Thank goodness for the cooler weather. It has been very pleasant this week with just enough rain to keep the garden fresh.  We have picked two lots of strawberries already.

As part of our 17th anniversary, Angela sent us sisters some little celebration bookmarks.

Isn't it pretty? Thanks lots Angela..🥰

I had another gift this week...

I met up with my college friends for lunch on Sunday and one of my crafty friends made this for me. He is about 6 inches tall. I called him Shoreham. We lived in a terraced house on Shoreham Street - right next to Sheffield United football ground. I think Annie wants the pattern so that she can make a few too.

My craft room hasn't seen much action although I did manage another set of workshop packs for Tilly - Lavender fields this time.

That's me for this week

Have a good week all

The bookmark is lovely, and the bear is so cute! the temperatures are much lower this week, but the only rain we've had hear so far was at hometime from work yesterday... a real downpour in a thunderstorm! luckily I got a lift so avoided a soaking. Happy WOYWW Helen #1

Aww that bear is adorable. As is the lovely bookmark - I got one too, but too late to include this week. Thankfully the cooler weather is a relief, right? Yum to fresh homegrown strawberries - they might have flavor, unlike most of the supermarket ones!!

Shoreham is very sweet, he’s a nice size and well proportioned too, so many bears aren’t. A useful pattern indeed! How lovely to meet up with your college friends, a lovely thing to do. I’m so pleased about the cooler temps and am enjoying them, even the rain!!

Pleased you liked the bookmark. I'm late sending stuff out but better late than never. I'm trying to send them out to all those I swapped with last time so this may well be the second bookmark you've had from me. I know exactly where you lived though I didn't go to Sheffield that much as the village we lived in only had a few buses each day going into the city. I bet that was great meeting up with old friends and a lovely teddy too. Have a happy woyww, hugs Angela x10x
