nother busy week has flown by and here we are again sharing our workspace for all to enjoy. Pop over to Sarah's Work shed if you too would like to join in and show us what you've been up to.
I thought you might like to see the ten twiddle muffs that will be going up to the hospital next week. I love all the bright colours. After having made the mill worker's outfit for my friend's granddaughter, I had a last minute request for a maids outfit for her little friend.
Luckily I had a Victorian style apron in my odds and ends of linen drawer. I had a black lined curtain which I cut up and made into a long dress, gathered at the waist. After searching again in my stash, I also found enough white linen and broiderie anglais to make a little mob cap. ( Forgot to take a picture)
I just hope it fits. It certainly looked the part.
They are participating in a school concert but I don't know what it is.
So that's me for this week. We are having a day out in Ludlow this week, so I hope the sun shines for us.
Have a good week.

Oh my! those twiddlers are just amazing, bet you love making them and I know the people who are lucky enough to receive them will love them too. Well done with the maid's outfit too. Wishing you a very happy woyww, Angela x11x
You’re SO clever with your makes, the twiddlers are a colourful delight and that maid’s costume is fantastic! I love that you used stash for it as well, it’s very pleasing when you find something that justifies your keeping it in the first place ‘Just in Case’!! Have a wonderful day in Ludlow, love that place, almost as much as Shrewsbury xx

Hi Jo, I live those twiddlers especially the sail boat and poppies one, excellent replica Victorian maids outfit too. Very clever.
Happy WOYWW, Shaz in Oz.x
He;;o Jo, your twiddlers are, as ever, fabulous! I love all the bright colours too. The millworker and maid outfits are impressive too. There was a time, I'd like to think, when I could have risen to the challenge but not anymore. My sewing machine thinks I've left the country. Have a great week. Hugs, Elizabeth x #14
Well done, Jo, on making the outfit up so quickly and from your stash. Catriona

Love the little outfit you have just made, you must be quick to turn them out like this. But, true to me I adored the Twiddlemitts. My goodness Jo, you have made so much in a week and I have done nothing.
