 Good morning all.

I hope you are all well and managing to get organized for the festive season. I finished my little phone stands and have been using mine on my sewing table. At last I'm not searching for it!

I've made a few for the cancer charity too but will wait for their next craft fair to hand them over.

These are my latest little knitties. A yellow jelly baby and a nurse mate....

It's been a strange week.

I left a tube of glue on my machine and it left a little melted circle on it.

I had a freak accident in church when I went to see Ben's concert. I tripped  on a kneeler cushion and bashed my thigh on the pew. Ouch!

Nursing sis dropped by with some Arnica which has helped to bring the bruise out. πŸ˜€

And finally my car battery gave up on me this morning. Luckily my garage did a quick check and replaced it within an hour. That's service for you!

So, here's hoping that's the end of my bad news.

Minor issues but nevertheless flippin annoying.🀣

Have a good week all. See you here on Christmas Eve.

WOYWW

Christmas is creeping up on us.

It's a low key affair in our house but I do enjoy making my cards and a few gifts and also try to get out and about to enjoy the festive decorations in the locality.

So, each year we visit Attingham Park to see the beautiful Christmas trees throughout the mansion.

This year was even more lovely than last year. The details in the way each tree has been individually decorated and themed to suit each room.....

Hand made tiny leather boots, dusters and Cherry blossom polish tins in the boot room...

A wonderful creation with a Victorian theme in the dining room....
The stairway was really stunning with a tumble of parcels cascading down the stairs ...
We followed it up with mulled wine and a shortbread - perfect!

My crafty activity has involved stuffing and rice. No, not cookery (not my forte!)

I spotted an idea for a phone stand and thought they would make a useful little gift. I made one for myself to pop my phone on when I'm busy in my sewing room....

As you see, I am a messy rice stuffer! I loved the result and it holds my phone nicely, though I think I shall be vaccing up rice for a while 🀣

So, that's me for this week .

My cards are done and I've even posted some of them!

Have a good week all.

Love and all good wishes to Neet.

Welcome to our Wednesday desk share.

Well here we are in December already!  Goodness knows where 2025 has slipped away to.

It's been a busy crafty year one way or another and we're still here so that's worth celebrating πŸ˜€

Looking through my photo file, I seem to have had fun this week.

I sorted some bags of fluff into colours for Tilly and made a few Inspiration packs for her.

I've spent a bit of time making a few Christmas gift tags using some fabric scraps...

And I also had a visit from some little knitty friends who liked to pose around my sewing machine

So you can see why I've had a fun week!
Hoping you too have had some fun.
Sending love and best wishes to Neet.
