WOYWW

Good morning all!
This is my desk today until Maxine arrives to sort and clear. She has had 2 fab days at Acton Scott and has 2 more this weekend - then we will get our room in order!

We really need to make space as she has this new toy to play on

We decided it would be handy if she had one of her own and I found this one on ebay. It is really brilliant and the seller packaged it perfectly and even included some books and some wool.

My only crafty activity for this week has been the finishing off of a couple of twiddlemuffs and some picture mounting for Tilly.

Well that's it for this week - I hope I can get round your desks a bit faster this week.
Thanks for calling by and leaving lovely comments.

Have a great week.

x Jo

Happy WOYWW. I used to do some needlefelting - but stopped because it is was too painful for my hands/wrists. Would love a machine, but definitely have enough to keep me busy for many years in my craft room! Ali x #25

Jo, I just had a funny thought. Even though I'm completely familiar with your wonderful twiddlemuffs, when I first saw the photo today, I thought you had made some handbags! Then I realized what they were and read your post. Anyhoo...wouldn't a twiddlemuff purse just be the thing for an older lady with those issues. Happy Wednesday. Sandy Leigh #33

Oh the joy and pain of making space for new goodies! My local undertakers has a huge display of 120 twiddlemuffs in the window, they are amazing. The lady in the office makes them at work. (Obviously they haven't been very busy lately). Happy WOYWW Cindy #27

Now that was a good ebay find - bet it'll be lovely not to share anyway, but also, you kinda get to know your own machine and its temperament, huh.
I love how you think the table top needs clearing - oh my word it makes me smile, and makes me think that I would probably need a week's notice of your coming to visit me!

love the muffs. Love the little machine. My granddaughter is wanting a 'real sewing machine' for Christmas and has already put in a Santa order…think it is a must wait thing as she is only 7. Maybe a toy one that sews…Your desk looks great compared to mine.. it is always a mess. Have a great week. Vickie #45
