WOYWW - More Dumflings!

Firstly can I apologise for not visiting any blogs last week.
Our broadband went down and we were without it for 4 days!!

It caused chaos in the locality because even the local supermarket was down and everyone had to pay cash for petrol and shopping because the machines/tills wouldn't operate.
Makes you wonder how we would cope in a major disaster!

This week I am showing you my dumfing table at Annie's
I had lots of scraps of wet felted fabric so I used my hand dumfer to create some little dumflings.

Below are the ones that I beaded/stitched and mounted on card last week.
I have another dozen to finish now!! (keeps me out of mischief).

(Click on the photo to enlarge)

AND last but not least here are a few more of the lovely ATCs that I received this week.
Thanks lots everyone. ( Chris D., Robyn, & Anne) I am now planning a little album so store them in.
I made a lovely one last year so I had better get going with the next one soon.

I hope you are all well and enjoying the sunshine - especially our "Queen of snoop" - Julia who has been rather a poorly girl over the last couple of weeks. Best wishes Julia - from us all!

Have a great week everyone and I promise I will try and get round some desks this week.

x Jo

Lovely atc's received and gorgeous, absolutely gorgeous dumfing. Are these for M's table? I did a click for closeup and wonder if they are flowers with a net or chiffon behind on another frayed fabric. So many questions -guess I had better email than go on on here.
Sorry to hear about the broadband - what a disaster for the locality. I never thought of something like that happening.
Take care, enjoy the sunshine
Hugs, Neet xx

It's good to have evidence of the mess you like to make when you're here :-) and of course the amazing results that make it all worth while :-)

I use cash for pretty much everything...the thought of these swipe cards fills me with horror. But being without broadband must have been a major pain in the derrière!
Those cards are gorgeous (again!), you are such a talented lady :-)

Your dumflings are just gorgeous, Jo. It's hard to believe just how much we have come to depend on Broadband and computer technology ... must have like dropping into to yesterday to have to pay with cash again! I don't even have much more than some change in my purse so I would be in trouble if that happened here. Hope you have a great week. Hugs, Elizabeth x #69

Hi Jo, our internet went off for a day and It drove me mad. Goodness knows what it would be like to loose it for four days.
I have a friend who works from home, he actually does things with computers that the rest of us don't understand and he had to go to another part of Lincoln to do his work. I think once you start using them they take over Lol!
Have a great week and happy crafting, Angela #45

Love those dumfling thingies ... are they made with felted wool? I've done some wool felting ages ago and I'm wondering if it's exactly the same?
Have a good week,
