Well here we are at the end of January already!!
Birthday celebrations for my hubby today - we will enjoy a meal out with our daughter and son in law. It is the third celebration meal we will have had. Maybe next time I should get everyone together and have one event but it has been nice to have a few little outings to share with friends and family.

Thanks for joining the WOYWW blog hop and for calling in here to see what I have been up to.

This week I have been "dumfing" - needle felting with my machine and hand "dumfer".
Maxine has been making some more lovely pictures ready for her exhibition and I was just twiddling with little pieces to go on cards.

I think I might make a few more ATCs too. They turned out really well last time and I sent them all over the world for our WOYWW 3rd anniversary. ( see them here)

I also think I might have a bit of sewing to do this week as I have had a request for a little Katie Morag dressing up outfit. I love a little challenge.

What have you all been up to?
I love having a quick blog hop and checking a few desks out. I even saw a sewing machine on display on a shelf last week!!! So come on - show us your desk!!!
Have a good week.
Thanks for calling by.
x Jo

Good to be back to see your creative ventures! I love your dumping.
You have given me a great idea to make our little FIraulein a Katie Morag outfit. She loves the TV programme and I bought her a book of 4 stories last week during her visit.

I always enjoy looking at your dumfing. You never know you might see a sewing machine in action on my desk next week rather than a random mess of fabric! Enjoy he birthday celebrations xx

Your dumping is always so clever...I wish we were nearer then you could show me what to do...I'm def someone who learns better by looking and doing rather than reading! Kinaesthetic learner or what, huh?! Hope Maxine's exhibition goes well.

Thanks for stopping by, It was 29 here and we went out for lunch. Like spring, and such bright sunshine.
I love the colors you use for your dumfing projects. How did you learn to do this? It's not something I see around here, but I like it.
I don't know where time goes...but glad January is almost gone it's been a wicked one here. And I love February. Short, lots going on with Heart day... Wish your hubby a Happy Birthday and enjoy the outing.

Your dumfing is known world wide. I've wanted one of those machines since I first saw one on your blog several years ago.

Happy belated birthday to your dear hubby. I hope your time out was truly special.

Happy slightly belated WOYWW from #1.

I love looking at your needle felting, and would love to have a go, but I think I have collected enough hobbies to keep me going for quite a while. Thank you for your visit this week, and I am glad to say that the helicopter has flown off elsewhere at the moment. Have a good week. xx Maggie#2 PS love that card on your smile post
