WOYWW - cheery colours on a gloomy day!

Happy Wednesday everyone!
What a gloomy day yesterday when I took my photo. I had just returned from the dentist and it was cold and miserable outside, so I made a coffee, got nice and cosy and sorted my table out ready for work!
Dusty and Scruffy insisted on being in the photo and Pinxie couldn't be left out, so here they are, all snuggled up together. Of course, Scruffy is enjoying all the attention that his two lady friends are giving him!

Well, I am sure you will all have had wonderful cards, flowers and chocs for Valentine's day this week.
As usual, my day passed very much like any other, except that it was fun day Monday! To cheer myself up, I nipped into the blog shop and helped myself to this little heart brooch. It looked so cute, sitting on one of the lovely embossed  cards that Ikki made for me. (She is a treasure and produced a pack of cards in cream and white with 3 different embossed designs on them - perfect for displaying my brooches).
So, all day Monday, I wore my little brooch. Hubby never even noticed - it could have come from an admirer couldn't it!! lol - well he wasn't bothered where it came from!

What else can you see - oh yes - my gorgeous Sirdar Baby Crofter wool. I am knitting a little bolero cardi for P. Its a new colour range and I love it - hope she does too.

On the left is a little package containing one of the items we have designed for you lovely card makers. Wipso needs to see it first before we go public with it!!
The bright fabrics will be used to make more desktop items once we have got the design right. More scrummy colours, I think - don't you??

OK - I am off to check out a few WOYWW blogs.
Have fun and if you don't know what this is all about then follow the link to Julia's blog and all will become clear.

Fun post and lovely things abound. That is super yarn.. is it real wool as I only knit natural fibres not acrylics?

Those fabrics are delicious Twiglet, I want something made in them. And can I say that whoever the genius was, the prototype waiting for Wipso to look at is a genius idea.

Very curious now about the goody for "card makers". Happy to see the gang out for a photo op, the wool is so pretty and "springy" colors, and the brooch, well what can I say, gorgeous and the display card really sets it off! TFS! Shari #152
