Friday smile

 Just a normal day in my garden!

Above is a young blackbird on my lawn.
It sat there for ages with its wings fanned out, enjoying the sunshine.

Later the rain came.
Now I know this little squirrel was really trying to get past the umbrella to the peanuts but it really did look as if it was sheltering from this quick shower.
We will never know!

I keep topping up my bird bath and this fastidious male blackbird keeps emptying it!

"Just pass the shower gel will you."
