WOYWW

Good morning all.

My desk is empty but I have been working on a little bit of hand embroidery on this little card topper. I used a small scrap of my masterboard piece from last week and made a little scrap of flower garden.

Speaking of flower gardens ......

Here are a few snaps of the colour in our garden just now. I love the apple blossoms.

Short and sweet for me this week.

Enjoy the beautiful weather.

Thanks for your visit and kind words. That embroidery is gorgeous, I love the colours. I have to say our garden is looking pretty good at the mo, this is definitely my favourite time of year though I have to admit the bulbs were disappointing - time to re-stock!! Have a good week, love n hugs Cindyxx #8

That little embroidery is sooooo sweet! I love all the colours and little details, a bit of slow stitching is good for the soul. Look at your garden, it’s amazing, all those beautiful colours, I bet the bees are going crazy there!

Your cards are so pretty, I love the one you are showing to us today and I love the inspiration behind it. I too love apple blossom. Shame the winds and rain always come and knock it all down making a pink carpet on the ground.

Ah your garden blossoms are beautiful, i too have a beautiful choisia that gets overlooked because of the peony! I agree though, the apple blossoms are amazing flowers. Loving the little card topper, it shows how we all use our talent and sort of undervalue it, there's no way I'd put that little beauty on a card and GIVE IT AWAY!!!

Hello Jo, the embroidered topper is gorgeous. I used to enjoy doing tiny embroidered pieces. Maybe I'll get back into it one day, just not soon. Love the photos from your garden. The blossom is beautiful but my favourite is the Erythronium Pagoda flowers. Reminds me of the pot I had in our last garden. Love them so much I have succumbed to temptation and ordered a few for my garden. Have a great weekend and enjoy International Scrapbooking Day tomorrow! Ellie x #14
