WOYWW

After a busy weekend of Nanny duties, this week should be a bit quieter. We had Ben so that Max could take part in a Welsh Ultra Marathon. Only just over 53 miles!!! She came through with just a few blisters and stiff legs and was very pleased to have accomplished the challenge.

So this week I am doing a few admin jobs for Tilly.

These are some tiny poppy landscapes that I have framed up for her. I love the detail and they sell well in our local stockists.

I have just finished my latest twiddlers to go to get hospital this week. I have been walking up there two or three times each week to visit my elderly friend and that's a 3 mile round trip - great exercise, if a bit warm at times!

I hope you are all well and have made the best of the sunshine. I am hoping it will keep fine for sports day today.

Have a great week.

x x Jo

What an achievement for Max. Nicely framed poppy scenes. They sure bring out the beauty of the poppies. And of course, I am always very impressed by your amazing twiddle mitts. Love color combinations, too. Happy WOYWW from #1.

Did Maxine really do all that walking? Wow, that is some achievement, pass on my congratulations to her. She certainly has her mums spirit.

Oh I hope sports day was fun...please tell me that Max sat out the Mum’s race given that she must have still been in ultra recovery after her triumphant weekend, what an achievement! Well done you too, a long walk in the sunshine is one thing, I hope the hospital wasn't a furnace for uncomfortable visiting after you walked there. I wonder if you ever see any twiddlers in use when your there, that would be immensely satisfying wouldnt it.
