Good morning all.
I seem to have had a very busy few days.
Firstly I used my needle felting bits and bobs to make a little sunflower tribute to Ukraine.
I shall put it on my window sill as an act of support for the desperate folk of Ukraine and hope that soon there will be an end to the appalling ordeal that they are suffering.
As Max's chief admin officer (that's the title I have awarded myself!), I have been busy making workshop packs for her. I think I made 40 last week.
Don't they look pretty when all the "fluff" is laid out in rainbow stripes ready to pack?

I’m chuckling here Jo as I too have a giant teddy. One bought me by a lovely chap when I left the job I was in over 25 years ago. I’ve tried getting rid of it several times but it’s not happening and he sits on a chair in my studio with one of the wandering welder’s waistcoats on.

Blimey, that teddy must have been a huge (literally!) job, just coping with the size, sewing, wadding etc, what a task, I hope she gave you something nice for doing it! Gorgeous little sunflower pic, I think we’re all trying to help, I hope the people in Ukraine understand how much the world is with them.

Morning Jo. lovely sunflower picture. I love your title - well deserved!!. Yes, that fibre looks gorgeous like that. Well done with all the sorting! And as for that teddy... Goodness me - He is HUGE! Even though he is 15 inches shorter than he was!

The sunflower is so beautiful Jo. The teddy looks better with normal legs, too.
The recipe is here. I put lots of almonds on top and I cover the tin with foil for most of the cooking time. I use chopped apricots rather than glacé cherries. Enjoy!

The sunflower picture is beautiful and a lovely way to show support. I do love the little wisps of fluff ready for the workshop packs - it all looks so interesting and inviting. Well done on altering massive Teddy - you did a good job, I hope he's happy with his new legs.

Well that’s just about the biggest teddy I’ve ever seen…I bet it felt like surgery making the first cut!! He does look more manageable now, and I must say, he’s still smiling, so you did the right thing! Gosh you do get some odd jobs! I agree about the fluffy stuff for the workshop kits…just seeing those would tempt me into a workshop, no prob!
