I am a bit slow at posting my WOYWW today.
I have a happy crafter here, busy wet felting some background pieces, and I am having fun keeping Ben busy!
So just a couple of things to share with you...
Firstly, another peek at my ATCs for the WOYWW 7 swap. I have made about 20 so, it will be first come first served, if anyone would like to swap with me. I think Annie and I will be posting a few out together as usual so, if you would like one, leave a comment and I will do my best. We always love to send our little ATCs around the globe and it's lovely to hear from our blogging buddies in return.
These are the latest Twiddle muffs that I have finished. My friend gave me a bag of chunky wool and I managed to make all of these with it. I think I have made about 30 now. I think that will be enough at the moment as I have a few other jobs I want to do instead.
Here is my latest little Katie Morag sock doll. I sent her to replace a lost one so it was good to help out someone in need!
That's all for now folks - thanks for calling by and for all your lovely comments.
have fun...

WOYWW -vintage haberdashery
Just look at all these goodies I found at the car boot sale!
They all pre-date 1967 and most of them are priced at less than a shilling in old pennies.
(One shilling was the same as 5p when we converted to decimal currency)
Annie and I shared them out on Monday as there were fastenings etc that she might use in her sewing business. I am sure the rest will come in handy for something.
Below is the state of my desk today.
There is a little needlefelted collage and a pink canvas that I made down at Annie's this week.
Also you can see a part finished katie Morag. I thought we would have some of our old favourites on a table at Maxine's exhibition
(Old Bell Museum, Montgomery, POWYS. 25th -31st July 10 -4 pm.)
Come along if you are in the area - we would love to see you.

Today I am busy finishing my curtains (Argh!!) for my newly decorated bedroom.
So I will leave you to snoop my WOYWW desk.
Have a great week.
Thanks for calling.

WOYWW
Just a quick post for today....
My latest little Katie Morag doll is showing off her "dumfed" kilt. You can see another on the table waiting to be finished. She looks so smart doesn't she.
To the right on that lovely little wooden card stand (the wonderful Julia gave it to me to celebrate WOYWW) is a sneaky peek at a card I have just finished. It looks a bit like the canvas I made a week or two ago. I will show it in all its glory next week when it has been shared with the birthday girl.
Well that's it - got to rush - shopping to do and cakes to bake.
I am having some crafting buddies round tomorrow for a "dumfing" day.
If it works well I will roll it out as dumfing workshops - Ha ha - only joking Annie!!!
I have borrowed Annie's embellishing machine so that we can have two machines going as well as our little hand dumfers (no tittering there please!)
I will fill my dining area with all sorts of dumfable wool rovings, yarn and fabric and we will dumf, eat, chat and giggle all day.
I will let you know how it goes.
Thanks to all those who pop in and leave lovely messages.
I will try and visit a few more WOYWW desks this week.

Finished by Friday with a smile
Three little finished items that make me smile!
Little Katie Morag dolly now has some hair - she complained bitterly about the cold until I finished stitching her lovely copper brown hair in place.
Each one seems to be better than the last but they take about two days to make so really I just make them for fun, because it's what I like doing.
Lastly, the cheery little pink "In threes" cardi for Lexi.
It is made in DK and is just enough to give an extra layer of warmth without being too bulky.
She loves pink!
Hope you like my Friday show and tell and that it has raised a smile too.
Join in with Annie's smiles over on her "A stitch in time" blog.
Have a great weekend.

Some folks wanted a better picture of my little needle-felted robin.
He still needs a bit more "dumfing" with my spiral needle-felting needle to tuck in all his stray fluff feathers!
I made him at the workshop with Gretel - Middle of Nowhere blog - she makes amazing little needle-felted sculptures. He is just a tear shaped ball of brown wool roving needlefelted and then details added. He will be hanging on my tree this Christmas.

WOYWW
Good morning all.
My desk is looking a little bit tidier this week - that's because all my bits and bobs and piles of fabric are tucked away under the table!!!
As you see - I have still been very busy.
I have a new Katie Morag style dolly to finish - she just needs hair and a face.
On the left are the little embroidered Christmas trees that will eventually become Christmas cards.
On the right is a little needle felted robin and the Christmas tree that I made at the workshop I went to on Saturday with my daughter Maxine. (Scroll down to my earlier post if you want to know more)
In the front of the picture is the juicy, raspberry pink sleeveless cardi that I am knitting for Lexi.
That's it for today folks.
I will pop in to visit later in the week - we have a funeral today.
Have a great week.
Thanks for popping in.

WOYWW - Dragon fly dreams
Happy Wednesday to all who pop over here today to check out my crafting table and see what I have been up to. If you are not sure what it's all about then just pop over to Julia's Stamping Ground and you can join in!
I will expose a rather untidy table later, but firstly I wanted you to see the needle felted picure that I made for a birthday gift for a very special little girl and her family.
I was asked to make a dragon fly picture with a beautiful sky and lots of twinkly bits.
I had such a lovely time creating it and adding all the little details - my problem is knowing when to stop.
Now I know the recipients love it too, I am happy!!!
So what's on the work table then.......
Well -
- the bright cheery knitting is one of 3 little girls' hoodies that I am knitting for Annie's munchkin bunch.
- there is an idea in my Stitch mag than I am thinking of adapting. I love the sea-theme and colours.
- little Katie Morag is waiting to be claimed. Annie's daughter had the other and I made her another story sack, like the one I made last week.
That's about it. Hope you all have a great week and if you pop over here - thanks for coming and leaving lovely messages - you are a fab bunch!
See you soon
x Jo
