Happy WOYWW!
Just a quick post today. I've workmen coming to finish our new garden fence. Another day of tea making! They've done a smart job so far. We had to clear out the flower bed so, it looks a bit grim, especially with the dried out lawn.
This week I have been busy making a roman blind for Ben's room. It's more of a turquoise greeny colour than the photo. Of course it doesn't have legs when hung.🤣
Other than that, I have just two flower pics to share.
My lovely Happy Birthday clematis is rambling over the fence from the front to the back garden.
So that's me for this week.

LOL! I spent ages adding sun blocking cling vinyl to 80% of the windows. At some point I would love to get thermal roller blinds but we already have wooden blinds. Love your garden.

I've just ordered a blind for the bathroom and hoping it fits okay yours on the other hand obviously will as you've made it yourself, we'll just have to wait and see. Happy and creative woyww, Angela X7X

Oh the blind with legs comment really made me laugh. Lovely new fence lots more green in your lawn compared to ours, although I only allow hubby to cut paths in it in the Summer, the non-cut parts are still green but I guess they are in shade too. Love the colour of your Clematis it's perfect. Not seen any flowers on ours this year, oh well. Hugs Bj#11
Yep, made me snigger about the blind having legs too! Great job Jo, it’s been absolutely yonks since I made a blind. Love the alstroemeria, my cousin grows them semi commercially and they love her clay Cornish soil. I’ve one survive from five that she gave me, our soil just doesn’t suit them, but the golden yellow flower on a very short trunk was glorious! That’s a very handsome fence I must say, worth all the cups of tea I’m sure!

I have only really discovered Alstromerias this year and I really love them. They have such exotic looking blooms.
Hopefully it won't be long before the fences are finished and you can replant things there. The fences are already looking very smart.
