This handsome young man made me smile this week as he strutted round my garden looking for scraps that the other birds had left behind. We always have pheasants in the field but just now and again they venture into my garden.
If you want to enjoy a few more smiles on a Friday follow this link to Annie's A stitch in time blog.
Have a great weekend.

Well Jo - you must be a very slight young woman..Ben doesn't look swamped by the very same poncho! Although I have to be honest and say he rocks the dinosaur look slightly more than you do!!
Im late for WOYWW visitng, but no matter, this way I get 2 for 1! You really are a craft butterfly...and don't get me started baout staying awake in front of the telly...even my crochet isn't working at the mo!!
Oh Jo, doesn't your little man look so cute and cozy in his dinosaur poncho - he's a happy little chap too. And I do love birds in the garden, we don't have them that large though. Have a great weekend Cheers Robyn
Love the poncho and it works as a blanket but the hood makes it wearable. Great idea.
That's a fine pheasant too. lovely to see in the garden. I've had one occasionally in our from off nearby Croxteth Hall Estate but never yet managed a pic.
The bags were very well received at the hospital. Thrilled at the designs! Thanks again. Well stocked now!

Two very handsome chaps! One, I must say, much cuter than the other!
We saw our pheasant for the first time in a few years the other day. You got a better look at yours though...ours was only a fleeting glimpse.
Your little un looks gorgeous in that poncho. Do you think I could borrow it...freezing today!
I am guessing chicken too! Good ole Dedicote ey!

Gorgeous birds-pheasants in your yard.- special!
That poncho looks so soft and cosy. No wonder he loves it.
How nice to have pheasants popping in too. And you managed to catch him on camera. Kate x
Oh how precious is this photo of your little one....I love pheasants also, we have several in the tall grasses down the road. They are out early and at sunset.
