WOYWW in the rain!

Good morning everyone - a warm, wet Wednesday in Wales!!
My desk today has just a few of my crafting bargains.
There are some gorgeous fluffy wools to use with my embellishing machine and wonderful old lace for - er well- just cos I loved it- so now I will have to plan something to use it!!!
Also my new embellishing book, full of fab info and ideas, is sitting on top of my favourite crafty mags.

And then there is my little card that I made for a friend's new grandaughter. I made a little embellished picture on felt with silk, lace and yarns. Then I added a few hand stitches and beads and a little free- machined name and date silk patch. It looks good in my "Dunnit easel" doesn't it!!

Hope you are all having a great Wednesday - join in the WOYWW fun by following the link to Julia's blog.
Thanks for all your kind comments about my pheasant pic last week - its finished, framed and ready for the blog shop now. For those who don't know - just follow the poppy pic link on the top right hand side of my blog page to Sisters Crafty Creations. That's where my little crafty sister and I put all our crafty items for sale.

Thanks for your comment on mine.. re the bumble bee dresses.... I just cut and make as I go along. Rarely use a pattern. Used to design and make bridal wear too so it's good to get back to sewing for tinies.
