For lovers of all things purple....
My beautiful purple iris, now in full bloom.
Sadly, a little critter is biting the heads off - do rabbits do that?
Just a bit of felting fun - a Purple Coo.
As an occasional guest on the Blog, I thought I would say thank you for the jokes, tips and much more!!!

Oh yes - birds also eat crocuses, we don't have rabbits here but still have 'nibbled' crokes.

I've popped over from the purple place too. I have serious iris envy!
I am not sure who bites the flowers off the lovely little iris. Mine are in great form at the moment, but some were bitten off earlier and may-be will again. Not rabbits, mine have rabbit-proof wire round.
No, it's Eeyore's friend.
'Feel that, said Eeyore, waving a hoof in the Purple Coo's direction and biting off a crocus head at the same time. 'Its felt.'
Hi Twiglet - I too have come over from www.purplecoo.co.uk love your Purplecoo.
Love the coo! (Another from the Purple Coo site here) and love the irises too, while they last.
