WOYWW

It's Wednesday!
Where has this week gone!!

I am a bit late posting - yes OK I forgot it was Wednesday!

My table is a bit cluttered with the left overs from a crafty day yesterday when Maxine came round with Ben.
She is making a quiet book for him and likes to dip into my fabric/thread stash.

I am making a high chair tray cover - with a Hungry Caterpillar theme.
It will have lots of "activities" hooked onto it that he can enjoy while he is waiting for his mum to get his tea ready.

Hope you are all enjoying a bit of Summer sunshine.
It's been lovely here - if a bit breezy at times.

Have a great week.
Join in with our WOYWW blog hop over at Julia's Stamping Ground.
I have two more lovely ATCs to put on my blog this week but they will have to wait until later.
Thanks lots to Sylvia and Robyn J.

x Jo

  2. I enlarged the photo so I could have a really good snoop at the fab things on your desk! I adore that Hungry Caterpillar fabric, I've used that in the past for all sorts of things. It's so cheerful! Great idea to make a freely but to the high chair clover...that'll keep Ben amused :-)

  4. Lovely Friday Smiles photos. I'm just glad the ATC's arrived..And you have some fun projects there. Is That a little surger ? I've one but have no clue how to operate it...it came with no instructions ...and I have to read them online...like I like to do that...........the system we have lately sucks. some of us are old and I like black and white in front of me when I'm learning!!!!! (sorry for the rant.)...but 3 little girls took all the threads out during a time of being trusted so there lies the story. Enjoy the lovely weather...ours turned for the better too. #32

  5. What a great idea the activity tray is. Lovely fabric. I bought some storage boxes that have the Hungry Caterpillar design on. It was a big favourite with my two.

  12. I think all those soft bits look fun to play with.. along with the rattly bits. I guess I'm getting in touch with my inner toddler today. Love the colors in that fabric. Judy #56

  15. I had to laugh at your comment about getting tea made for the baby. I remember when I wouldn't drink milk, my Grandmother gave it to me in coffee. Some of her friends were appalled, but I loved it, and that is why I'm a 24/7 coffee drinker today.

That caterpillar fabric in the middle of your table is adorable. Looks like the caterpillar is about finished, too. And now I know what those small thread spools are USUALLY used for.

    Happy WYOWW from # 1.

  19. The high chair cover is a genius idea...I would save it for going out, when you've ordered and then have to wait whilst keeping your youngster sociable, how useful it would have been!
