Today my table is covered with prepared materials for Tilly's McFelty workshop at the end of the month.
I packed wool "fluff" into individual bags so that each felter has all the colours they need. I also made mixed skeins of Mcfelty yarns and I dyed yarns and wool curls to match. So, I think Tilly should be all sorted for the event.
In my spare time I have made a few more denim items.....
And lastly, a seaside twiddler.
So, now I have a bag of twiddlers and a box of Friendship hearts to go to the hospital.
I hope the weather is being kind to you. We have had a few bright days so far this week. I hope we stay clear of snow.
Have a great week.
x x Jo

The McFelty colours are just perfect - lucky folks who are going to have their Tilly session! You’re a good soul helping with all the prep, it must be fun working with those beautiful colours though. Great denim using up as well and the little knitted lighthouse stole my heart, the twiddler is gorgeous!

Spare time? Really?!!! I bet you can’t remember the last time you had to cast around for something to do! Loving the McFelty colours, it’ll be a wonderful take on that picture. The denim purses are really cute, hundreds of uses and lots of upcycled life in them, vey satisfying. Snow,…yep, about two inches here over the day, but sudden rain has all but seen to it on the pavements and roads, so hopefully the expected big freeze tonight won’t make everything lethal! Take care.
ReplyDeleteSuper makes this week really love the wool colours. Hugs BJ#11
