Friday smile

Here is the beautiful clematis that Annie bought for me back in October.
It was appropriately called "Happy Birthday".
It has just burst into about 20 blooms against my front fence and is a glorious deep purple colour.

Also snapped is the garden gnome fixing the garage guttering!

Happy Friday one and all!

Join in with more Friday smiles over aon Annie's blog "A stitch in time".

  3. What a beautiful clematis! I love that purple colour! When I lived in the UK I had many clematises in my garden, against the fence, on the shed wall, one on the north-facing front of the house (I had to hunt to find one that would suit a north facing wall). I love them, so thanks for sharing that little beauty.
    Happy Friday,
Have a good week with lots of smiles,
    Lisca

  8. Love that color of the clematis. Good to see the gnome hard at it. ;-) They tend to look for shade in the summer. Can't blame them, though. Creative Blessings! Kelly #32
