WOYWW

Only a few sleeps left till Christmas!
My desk is bare so here is the little snowman Ben and I made last week.
We scooped up just enough on a tray to bring indoors and make a mini snowman.
We only had a few minutes as the snow was falling fast and Max wanted to get back home before the roads were impassable - it's normally a 5 minute drive and it took nearly 2 hours as the roads through town were grid-locked!

As this is our last post before Christmas, I just want to say ...

A Merry Christmas to all our friends around the globe who read our WOYWW posts each week.
Thanks you for all the friendship, fun and crafty activity that you have shared over the years.

Have a lovely time, put your feet up and enjoy a bit of pampering - (well I can but hope!!)

Best wishes
Love Jo

  1. what a sweet little snowman! I always say that snow is beautiful till you need to get somewhere, and until it turns to ice! which doesn't leave long for it to be beautiful!! Happy Christmas xx Helen #1

  4. That made me smile! You really did have a bucketload of snow...we saw it on the tv. Funnily enough, places twenty miles from here were inundated but we didn't have any, which meant easy journeys to all my band commitments. Hope you and the family have a wonderful Christmas Jo, thanks for all the fun and support this year :-)

  5. What a sweet little snowman. I love the look of fresh snow, but luckily we rarely get it, we're protected by the Isle of Wight so it usually misses us.
Hope you have a lovely Christmas,

  6. Hi Jo, what a sweet little snowman! I'm sure roads by you were very difficult to pass, our's were bad enough thanks to no gritting, and we are in a town! Have a lovely Christmas, Love & Hugs, Shaz #5 XxX

  7. Merry Christmas Jo! Has Ben insisted on keeping the snowman in the fridge? I remember one of my boys wanting to do that when they were younger. Have a great week. Sarah #9

  10. Jo, such a cute post! I love that little snowman! I'm sure Ben had a ball, even if it was for a few minutes! Who doesn't love to build a snowman?? The gridlock sounds horrible...sorry for you on that score! We all wish you and your family a Very Merry Christmas and a very blessed new year! :) Felicia, #25

  12. Hi Jo what a cute mini snowman! I hate it when roads are impassable or gridlocked. I try and avoid too much driving in bad weather. Hope you and yours have a lovely Christmas, best wishes Heather #32

  13. Oh two hours for a short journey! we really are rubbish at bad weather. Mind you, it really did fall hard in your neck of the woods. We didn’t have a single flake. Love the snowman...and without anything to gauge the size, he could very easily be a six footer in the garden!
Another great year Jo, thanks for your part in it. Happy Christmas!

  18. Merry Christmas Jo. Thank you so very much for your lovely hand crafted card which takes pride of place with one from your dear sis. It was a welcome surprise which arrived just as my family departed for their new Devon home. I can honestly say that I didn't make or send one this year..... what a Grinch I am.
I do hope you have a truly blessed Christmas,
    Lots of love Jo x
