WOYWW for 2012

Good morning all and a very Happy New Year to you!
So that was Christmas then - didn't it just fly by.

We had a quiet time - unlike Wipso, who didn't know where she would be from one day to the next - bless her. Of course Santa came and left me lots of lovely parcels. He seems to know me well and always leaves really useful crafty items!

On my desk are the fab boxes he left - just perfect to fill with beads and buttons, so I have done just that.
He also left a beautiful crafty book with some great ideas for things to make.
Thanks to all who organised Santa so brilliantly - you know who you are!!!

The bright pink knitting will be a little hoodie for twinnie L - its so warm and cosy - I think she will love it.

Here's hoping you all have a wonderful, crafty and creative 2012 - looking forward to seeing what you all get up to.

Now over to Julia's Stamping Ground to join in the blog hop.

Thanks for calling. x Jo

Love the shade of Pink you’ve used for little Lexi’s hoody, she’s going to be so snug all wrapped up in that one.

  18. Happy New Year :) I like the look of your new book. Do give us a run down on how you find it...... I inherited an old Riccar sewing machine it has much better foot control than my bargin Argos buy and it will allow me to try free sewing :)

  30. Great boxes the Big Guy in Red left you. They are awesome for organizing and because of those nice latches on them, if you knock one asunder, then everything will stay put. I'm learning these things! It has only take years, but eventually you can teach a clumbsy person new tricks.

  31. Ours went by in a blue blur too...we both had bad colds...hung out on the couch, watched too much tv and blew and hacked and sniffled and tossed kleenex on the coffee table....( I've since disinfected it) what a week. Don't want to repeat that any time soon.

I hardly got a chance to admire my beautiful tree.... well, I did...but, you know what I mean. Not nearly enough time... so it is still up...til tomorrow.... I hate to take it down. So pretty and sparkly...

  33. Hi Jo!

Didn't manage to get round to you last week so I was determined to make it this week!

Fabby items on your desk - storage is also so useful, but also really personal, as everybody finds a different use for something or have a preference. Love the colour of the hoodie you're knitting, and that book looks really interesting.

Hope you've had a good week!
