WOYWW

Well, my week of COVID enforced hibernation has been fine. I missed having Ben for his usual weekly school pick up and tea here, but have filled my time with a few admin jobs for Tilly Tea Dance and some crafty activities.

This week we are in the pink...

I have created two pink twiddlers.

They have twiddly bits inside and out

This one has a leftover fairy that I knitted before Christmas.

My friend sent me some lovely flowers as a little treat. It seems ages since I have been able to meet up with friends and family so these lovely blooms cheered me up.

I am counting my blessings really as I haven't felt poorly, just fed up with my cough and  COVID.

Others have had far more to trouble them over the last few weeks so I am sending my love and thoughts to them.

x x Jo

  3. I’m sorry you’re still positive with Covid, thank goodness you haven’t been too bad though. A little bit of rest probably hasn’t done you any harm and given you time to make that gorgeous little twiddler! Such beautiful colours and the little fairy is perfect!!

  8. So glad your Covid didn't prove too much for you. I think the strains now are not as severe as they used to be but we need to be on the lookout for another strain coming in some time and not be too complacent. So many folks with coughs in hospital, the doctor went and got me a mask. She was lovely.
As are your Twiddlers, so pretty in pink and one has a fairy which reminded me I haven't seen "Fairy Nuff" in a while, where has she got herself hidden. I won't rest now until she is back on the coffee table.
I got some gorgeous roses from a couple of friends and they look and smell beautiful.

  10. awww.... just was looking around briefly at some blogs....I hardly come on to do it anymore.... other stuff happening ..but, see you have Covid. Rotten luck. It's making a come back here along with some other horrible respiratory thing that nobody seems to know much about yet...
I had Covid in August and my sense of smell and taste were gone for months and never did quite come back to normal....

Sending you a big hug Jo...
