WOYWW

Good morning all!

It's a bit overcast and gloomy here but still quite warm.
It rained overnight so it's a bit too damp for outdoor play this morning - maybe that means I can potter quietly and craftily indoors!! I fancy doing a little bit of wet felting using some new natural pre-felt. (I might update this later if I manage to finish any)

My table has lots to snoop around for you today. Just bits and bobs that keep appearing as I tidy drawers and cupboards. AND my latest unfinished twiddlemuff - yes I know I said I would give it a rest but Karen at the hospital was so pleased with my donation of footie twiddlemuffs, and the rest, that I thought I might make a few more when a find time.

Here is the link to the media release about the footie ones..

And lastly - just look at this little beauty...

It is the Tom Thumb fuschia that LLJ brought for me last year.
It is packed with tiny blooms and looks a real picture! Thanks Jan - a perfect specimen - and so is the fuschia!

Well thats it for today - it's now pouring down so I shall finish baking my bread buns and get felting!
Have a good week. Thanks for visiting and for your lovely comments.
Join us all blog hopping around the globe over with at Julia's Stamping Ground - so good to see you back there Julia!!

xx Jo

  5. It rained overnight here too but the sun is out now so I'm hoping for some time outside later, fingers crossed. We haven't had much rain here at all lately, the garden is so dry. Your Fuchsia is beautiful. I love to have things in the garden that remind me of people and places.
    Have a good week.

  6. Super pics, love the fuschia. I have fuschia buses that belonged to my nan. When she died we had to clear her bunglalow and it seemed wrong to leave her plants so my mum dug them up and replanted them in my garden. They've all taken and bloom each year which is a lovely reminder to me of my nan. Take care Zo xx 27

I have a new found love for felting as Max really got me excited about it all with her amazing creativity! That fuschia is GORGEOUS! I wish I had that in my yard, and....that it looked that good! Just beautiful! Have a blessed Wednesday and rest of the week! Felicia #37

  9. Oh my goodness...I adore fuscias! I am not familiar with Tom Thumb though. My mother always had a fuscia hanging basket every year in a shady corner somewhere, and now I always have one too. Thanks for visiting! Sandy Leigh #32

  17. Gorgeous bush, my latest one has not seemed to take as the other one did.
I would think just a sniff of this summer weather would be enough for wet felting Jo. I am a bit fed up of the rain now.
