WOYWW

Here is my work table in all its glory today!

We have been busy getting ready for an event that Maxine is taking her "Tilly Tea Dance" delights to.
Consequently we have a piling system in place!!
It will be all neat and tidy, ready for when she arrives later this morning but at the moment it's a mess!
Of course, I don't help by dumping my Twiddle muffs on the end of the table.
So - enjoy the snoop - you might spot half mounted daisy pictures and lovely woolly wet felted background pieces draped over my machine. The rest is just a jumble of left over bits and bobs that all need to find a home to get tidied away into.

Just a query for you clever card and paper crafters - Do you know how I can get hold of some large die cut labels - approx 15cm x 8cm with a fancy scalloped top with hole punched for ribbon thread etc?
Maxine is displaying her brooches on them and we will probably need to restock.

That's it for this week.
Don't forget our ATC swap next week. I have ours all ready to post but will also put  Twiglet* on Mr Linky next week so that I can pass one to the next person who signs in after me.

Have a great week and thanks for calling by.

x Jo

  2. Wow, that is a pile of crafty goodness, that's for sure! I hope that Maxine's pics sell like hot cakes :-). Your twiddle muffs are such a great idea for dementia sufferers, well done you for making them all.
And have you been peeking? A long white dress, tiara and jewels are my everyday garb - well, one has to make the effort :-D (says she, typing this in her PJs!!!)

  8. Wow, what a fantastic sight your desk is. Amazing. So much creativity there! I did a quick Google search, and it sent me to thsi page on Amazon-

It's an Amazon store called Stationery & Office supplies, so might be a good place to look. Have a great week, Hugs, Shaz #2 xxx

  13. Oooh! I could spend a bit of time rooting through what's here but as usual I am running around like a wild woman trying to get stuff done while we are at home! Sorry, only know where to get plain old tags but maybe wedding stationery might be some where to look! Hugs, Chrisx 42

  14. Great desk, those little frames are gorgeous. Funny you should mention the twiddle muffs, they have tried making them at my Knit and Natter group (I don' t knit, I just go for the chat). Yours look a bit better I have to say!! Happy WOYWW, Cindy #36

  19. Hi Jo, what a fun looking desk my fingers twitch to have a rummage! Re the large tags - I don't know of one specifically, but I would have a look on Amazon. However, if you're in the UK and depending on how many you need, I might be able to help out - I think one of my Cricut cartridges has a tag with a scallop top and it can cut up to 5". If that's any good and you only need a few to keep you going, I could cut some for you and send them?? If you want to get in touch, there's a contact email on the side bar of my blog :o) Annie C #26

  20. Hope it is a case of 'better late than never' - sorry I am so late but with being away ...
Sorry, just checked and I do not have a die with a scallop at the top that would fit in with your sizes. That would be the best bet if only we could find one.
In the meantime have fun with DD and DGS
    Hugs, Neet 10 xx
