WOYWW

Here is my tidiest bit of my work table!
Just a few bits and bobs left over from Maxine's crafty activity yesterday.
She is making a beautiful quiet book for Ben so I have him for a couple of hours "playtime" while she beetles away on my table. She will probably get round to doing a WOYWW one day!!!

Below you can see Ben enjoying the colour book I made for him last week. (See posts below)
He loves all the pages and studies each bit intently - I think his favourite of the moment was the ladybird hiding under a flap.

Hope you are all well and enjoying this gorgeous weather.
We had a little visitor this week but I am sure they will be posting pics and telling you all about it.

Have a great week.
x Jo

  2. Gorgeous pics of 'special' time being spent Jo. He's such a little poppet and they grow up so quickly so make the best of every minute.

  4. It's wonderful reading with the littlies isn't it. I really miss that now mine is old enough to devour books by herself. Enjoy every second.

  10. I've made all sorts of things with and for my girls, but never did a soft book. I'm sure Ben will cherish his sweet book with the hidden ladybird even when he's a grown man. Happy WOYWW! #45

  11. What a gorgeous little fellow he is and I know just how you enjoy your time with him.
Thanks so much jo for your comment and glad you like my sewing bee bag. I am relieved I've got a few votes, but don't expect to win as I and most of my friends don't do social media.

  12. The color book you created is amazing! Definitely a family artifact that needs to be handed down. I have a vague recollection of having a quiet book when I was young. It was made of material and had zippers, pockets, snaps and such. Thank you for bring back a wonderful memory. diane #43

  15. That was Fergus' favourite page too!! Probably because of the ladybirds that roost in my craft room window recess every winter.
Next time I come up maybe I can get to see your desk!!
May I ask a favour please? Would you let me have a copy of the cappuccino cake please? Love it.
    Hugs
