WOYWW

Good morning all - I hope you are well wrapped up for this early autumn weather we are all enjoying!
It's been a bit wild, wet, and chilly here for the last few days.
My desk is very neat and tidy with just the remnants of Maxine's busy half hour when she was trying to finish her crocodile page for the busy book. Note the neatly sorted boxes of bobbin threads.

Below is my latest little hoodie - I just need to decide what colour buttons to put on it. What do you think?

And here is the little card that I made for one of my friends who has just had a new grandson.
My next job is to shorten a pair of ready made curtains for my lounge.
I told hubby I was collecting the pole today and his response was...
"Oh I hope he is going to put the curtains up"

My daughter's response was...
"I didn't know you'd been having dance lessons!"

My family!
Shall I post a pic of me pole dancing next week then?!!

And on that note...
Have a great week.
Thanks for calling by.
See you soon.
x Jo

  17. What a gorgeous baby card - a lovely little keepsake - and your stitching is so perfectly neat - I've tried writing in sewing and it wasn't pretty! I love the little hoodie, it's so cute even without a baby in it! Hope you have a great week,

  18. Hi Jo, I like your bobbin organisers ... I can see I'm going to have to look for them to house my ever increasing number of bobbins :) The little hoodie is gorgeous - love the yarn you have used - and the card for Oscar's grandparents is the perfect keepsake. Nice hoodie, maybe match the lilac colours for the buttons? All pretty colours. (I mainly only do fair isle knitting.)

  26. Never mind a picture...how about a video!!! Don't ask me about the buttons, I'd change my mind too often...perhaps one of each of the yarn colours? It's a really sweet hoodie. Don't you know seamstress who specialises in curtains?!!!
