WOYWW

 Good morning all!
Here is my table for you to have a good snoop around today - it is quite tidy - mainly because I haven't really done much on it over the last week!
Of course I have been crafting with Annie but that was at hers so I left all the mess down there!!!
My little pink purse is filling up with the ATCs that I made at Annie's yesterday.
If you want to swap with me when the WOYWW 5th birthday arrives in May, then leave a comment and I will make a list. It's a lovely way of finding out what fab techniques the WOYWWers can come up with and we really enjoy joining in each year. So, thanks to Julia for giving us this little pleasure!

The other bits and bobs on my table include instructions for a fab bag from Gina aka Ginxie on Etsy.
I will show you what I do with it once I get going on it.

Also there is some cheery fabric that I will make a few bead-bags for Jo's collection for CHICs.

AND my carboot bargain jigsaws - we all love the hungry caterpillar don't we.

Below are the two dresses that I showed you fabric for last week. Ha ha - well I suppose I have been quite busy on my table then haven't I?!!
They both need hems doing to finish them off but I need to see them on M. first.

Well that's it for this week.
I will be over to check out a few desks later.

Have a great week.
x Jo

  5. Hello Jo I think leaving a mess elsewhere is a great idea :-) Dresses look great. I used to make my own clothes (sigh) don't seem to have had time or inclination (if I'm honest for a long time)
I would like to swap ATC's with you - mine may well be very simple - but I will make something. Anne x #51

  10. Hi Jo, that's where I'm going wrong! I need to craft on someone else's desk and leave the mess there :) That bag pattern looks interesting ... I like crazy patchwork and I'd like to try collage too so it might be the thing to give me just the right encouragement needed. You've obviously been a lot busier than you thought ... the dresses for M are lovely. Wishing you a wonderful Easter weekend. Hugs, Elizabeth x #50

  11. Hmm, Jo. Well, if all that isn't being busy - then I'm now sure what is... Love the hungry caterpillar - great story. Unfortunately, all my grandies are now beyond him. I even have a couple reading the Hobbit and such elevated works of literature!!!
Love all the ATCs stacked in your little purse - looks like a great bunch of scrummy coloured bank cards!
    Have a really special Easter.

  12. Looks like you've got several sewing projects sorted and ready to roll. Those dresses look pretty and comfortable.

I just picked up several fabrics yesterday for spring/summer garments. They're pre-washing now, as I type. :-)

    Happy creating and Happy Woyww,

  13. You know, I always have to visit you Jo, and see what amazing things you are stitching! Your dresses are an inspiration, because I'm wanting to do some makeovers of old dresses and see what I can come up with for spring. Happy WOYWW - Sandy Leigh #67

  15. Great plan for having no mess at yours! Not sure I could live without my stash round me though... which is as well, given that it IS all around me!! Thanks for the visit. Hope to get some ATC's made very soon, in which case I'd love to trade with you.
