WOYWW

I know we all say it BUT ...
I can't believe it's Wednesday already!!
Where do the weeks go?
Here we are again joining all the other WOYWW bloggers who enjoy a good snoop round other crafters work spaces. You know who you are and if not, then pop over to Julia's Stamping Ground and find out more!!

Another tableful of vintage linen bits and bobs on display today.
My bunting and ring cushion are also on the posts below - so scroll down for a better snoop!

Some of you might recognise the pink and blue bits.
I took photos of my ATCs before posting them and have tweaked the photos to make little "Thank you" cards. I have printed them on canvas paper and I am quite pleased with the result.
I think they will look good mounted on some cream card.

I think I shall make a few more little stitched pictures as I really enjoyed making them and I have lots of scraps of vintage linen to use up.

Below are the little snakey hand puppets that I made for the twins this week.
They love the snakey puppets on CBeebies so I found a couple of my left over socks from sock dolly making and made two tiny snakies which just fit nicely on a little hand.

    Oh my goodness I see that white DMC floss and a gorgeous heap of embroidered white linen. I think that's what heaven is made of! Well, for my art journal I was going to use just my regular silver craft rings. But then in Michaels one day, in the papercraft stuff, I saw a package of rings that looked brassy and vintage and bought them right away--it's made by one of those brands that does a lot of vintage look stuff--when I'm at Michaels again, I'll check out the brand name for you.     Love your desk this week - all that lovely vintage goodness. The ring pillow is exquisite and you've given me the idea to make one for my granddaughter who is getting married May 2015 ... gives me plenty time to find the materials and improve my sewing skills :) The snakey puppets are super fun - perfect for the little snakey fans :) Hope you've had a good WOYWW, Elizabeth x #72

    I tried to convince my mother to make a fabric bunting (your influence), but she wasn't quite "getting" how incredibly wonderful they are.

    So now I'll have to do it myself.

    Wow what a fantastic idea scanning your ATC's to make cards, brilliant. Those puppets are super gorgeous, I bet they love them. Cbeebies, just thinking of my kids, my daughter went to her leaving assembly today, next stop college, I really cried and hugged her this afternoon when she was talking about it, she just laughed at me lol.
