We have taken over the desk today!
Sorry, but we spilled buttons all over as we were lining up for our photo call!!
Betsy mooched over to her new friend Max, and stood with her hands in her pockets, while the others got ready. Snow bunny was worried that his ears looked big.Scruffy pulled his shorts up 'cos Betsy said she could see his builder's bum.
He slung his bag over his shoulder and smiled for the photographer.
He sat on a pile of new socks - they were warm and comfy and strangely familiar.
I am Ziggy Zebra and I am supposed to be in charge, so she put me up on the window sill with the mad rainbow chick. Check me out here if you want to see what I look like.
That little sketch looks cute - I bet its something that brill artist from Tasmania drew. She makes fab pics of those cute little dolls - Little Arty Crafty Crow - I think she is called.
So, what do we all do now.
I suppose a bit of tidying up would be a good idea.
That check fabric is nice - maybe she will make something exciting with it.
She is always busy with something.
Oh well here goes....
" Right you lot - start putting those buttons back in the jar!"
Oh, I nearly forgot - I need to nip over to Julia's blog and put Twiglet's name on Mr Linky.
Pop over if you want to see what the others are up to.
See ya!!
What a great space today, I love all the spilled buttons!

ReplyDeleteOh Ziggy you are such a smart zebra, glad youve managed to get your mates all sorted ready for the photo!
ReplyDeletePlease reassure Snow Bunny that she is just perfect and that maybe she's been reading Ok & Hello too much as she should be grateful for what she's got and not want to change!!
Better let you go to clear up the buttons before the REAL boss gets back!

Tidy up...boy that looks pretty neat to me...in my studio there would be a cat fast asleep on the buttons he would have spilled. Very cute little animals, they look like they wouldn't cause havoc in a studio!
ReplyDeleteThank you for visiting me...oh and for the lovely mention about my work!
I got me needle felting stuff out the other day, might make some snowmen!
Off to check WOYWW...were is that link!
What a gorgeous array of buttons and such cute animals. Thanks for sharing your workspace. Best wishes, Kym xxx (WOYWW No 24)
ReplyDeleteGot here just in time to rummage through the buttons before they get tidied away! I don't think bunny's ears are too long, but I guess we all hate some part of ourselves!
ReplyDeletethats a definitive creative desk, thanks for sharing!
ReplyDeleteSorry I am late passing by, my internet went down wednesday evening, how inconvenient
These little stuffed animals are adorable. And the way you staged that very colorful fabric and buttons is so clever. Thanks so much for the sweet words you left on my blog. I'm still moving slowly, but trying to start visiting people who visited me. I know what you mean by wool smelling when it gets wet. I washed some wool sweaters in hot water to shrink and felt them, and talk about wet sheep!! Happy very belated WOYWW (# 15).
ReplyDeleteThanks so much Ziggy for posting Twiglet's desk, all your little friends are too cute, but best have them pick up the buttons before Twiglet returns. Thanks Twiglet for such a whimsical post!
