WOYWW

Thank goodness our weather has warmed up

This was our street last week ...

I hibernated for a few days and continued with my jobs for Tilly

She brought boxes filled with gorgeous felted bookmarks for me to edge...

Before..

 And after...

And finally a beautiful hyacinth that my dear sis gave me. It has now opened and the smell is delightful.

Short and sweet this week..

Have a good week everyone.

  1. Glad you "found" something to keep you occupied - much better than having to go out when it's cold and icy. Love the bookmarks. Your hyacinth looks so pretty too. Happy WOYWW Helen #1

  2. Oh my goodness Jo, those bookmark are beautiful. I had a similar one bought me for Christmas with a matching notebook. It’s used as my Gratitude book and I write in it every day. Lovely hyacinth as well.

  3. That looks chilly, we had a bit more snow than that, the roads were carnage round here! A good excuse to stay indoors and do some crafting, we’re bad at allowing ourselves to rest and be quiet aren’t we? You did a fab job with the bookmarks, the frame makes all the difference!

  5. Brrr, hibernation is the very best solution when the weather’s like that. I appreciate the cold bright days but can really happily live without snow! I have an all but finished hyacinth which has been a delight, glad you’re enjoying yours.

  7. Gorgeous bookmarks - had to enlarge and breath deep to take it all in - totally delightful, could nearly smell the hyacinth as well LOL. Hugs Bj#3

  8. The book marks are brilliant, gorgeous colours too. I love the snow when we're here but not at home as it's very different, guess it's okay for a short time. In the Alps it's snow and sun and you don't get that damp feeling and of course we have all the right gear too. Stay warm and have a good woyww. Hugs Angela x4x

  9. The edging on the bookmarks really makes them pop, they’re beautiful colours. I hope your street’s thawed by now!

  11. Hi Jo!
Love those bookmarks. The two of you work so well together. I'll have to try a hiacynth next year. I have several Amaryllis.
    Creative Blessings!
